Domestic Shipping Most orders ship out within 1 to 2 days All orders shipped in US will be sent via local courier service. We at Casters and Industrial Supply, Inc. use a table shipping rate based upon weight. Buying more than 100 LBS of merchandise ? Please contact us. We at Casters and Industrial Supply, Inc. are NOT responsible for lost package during/after the delivery. If the package is lost then you will need to make claim against shipping courier. International Shipping For International shipping, email will be sent out with the actual shipping costs. Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
RETURNS
Return Procedure We hope you love everything you buy from Casters and Industrial Supply, Inc.. But if you decide to return, you may return items purchased for a full refund or exchange within 7 days. No refund/exchange is avaliable for any items that have been worn or whose packing material has been damaged or destroyed. All return inquries must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. To return a product to Casters and Industrial Supply, Inc., you must obtain proper return authorization code from concerned department. When returning items, be sure to get a receipt and tracking number. Please insure your package and prepay the shipping. We use tracking number to track your return if there is a problem.
